由于转机所以需要在福州机场附近住一晚,首先选择了离机场较近的福州佰翔空港花园酒店的亲子尊品客房,首先无人告知房间内的空调尚未打开制冷功能,电话询问后前台让客房服务员拿来了一台"小风扇",风扇拿来了之后我们一家人惊呆了,风扇的外观及功能都属于差中之差,考虑之后不得不再与前台联系,由于我们这大约600RMB的房间也不算便宜,住酒店是为了舒适便捷,福州属于一个南方城市,客房内很热,有能够半开的窗户,但是没有窗纱,打开了会有很多蚊子,我们有个三岁的宝宝,让人如何是好,其次,房间内的卫生与洁净程度都值得质疑!再不能退回住宿花费的情况下,我们无奈之下不得不在进去客房一小时内就带着三岁的孩子换酒店。好了,换了佰翔空港花园酒店对面的佰翔海瀛度假酒店,到了前台第一件事我们就问有没有开空调,再前台服务员们(当时有四位服务员)那里得到了肯定的答案,他们说开了空调,所以我们带着三岁的孩子又以688RMB一晚的价格入住了海景房,这个酒店是今年四月刚开的新酒店,装修及卫生都不错,我们也感觉的如释重负,进了房间以后打开空调,过了半个多小时空调还没有反应,只是像风扇一样送风,于是联系了前台,他们说酒店空调没有开制冷功能,只有送风,于是又是一番电话解释与调解,最后工程部说已打开"慢慢的"就会有冷风了,我们就这样一直等到了第二天早上6点,由于我们有三岁的孩子,也无法再前一晚将近11点再换酒店。我们作为消费者两次在同一晚被这样的欺骗,两间酒店的花费都不小,一共多余1200RMB,我们对于佰翔集团感到失望至极,我们一家三人一年出国四次,国外国内会入住酒店的次数都数不过来,还从来没有遇到过这样的酒店管理情况,佰翔的酒店总经理是这样管理下属员工的吗,教他们如何欺骗消费者,如何在消费者面前面不改色心不跳的撒谎的吗??Due to the change we need to stay one night near fuzhou airport, first choice was the closest hotel from the airport - fuzhou airport garden hotel, booked the best family room, first of all, no one told us the room air conditioning is not yet turned on, after called the front desk, we were told they can bring a small fan, we thought it might work.
